Agreement

By downloading or using Crema you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app alongside these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Crema on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

Subscriptions

Crema Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (for example yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly). Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Not medical advice

Crema gives estimates of the caffeine in your body from a general model. It is for information only, is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Real caffeine metabolism varies with genetics, medication, pregnancy, liver health and more. Talk to your doctor about caffeine, sleep or pregnancy, and do not ignore or delay medical advice because of what the app shows.

Your content

What you create in Crema is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its purchase system.

No warranty, limited liability

Crema is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data.
